Phase 1 — Founding Studios, Work & Community
Founders studios
8 private treehouse-style studios for founding members. Your base at NāM — the first Founder's House cohort lives here.
Co-working spaces
Shared desks, focused work areas, and air-conditioned pods for deep, independent work.
Community kitchen & café
Shared kitchen for meals and a café for quick bites. The social heart of the campus.
Outdoor gathering areas
Shaded outdoor spaces for informal meetings, co-working, and shared moments.
Private work pods
Fully air-conditioned pods for focused immersion, with nature outside.
Napping rooms
Dimly lit, quiet rooms for rest, short naps, and recovery from stimulation.

8 additional studios
A second ring of treehouse studios, bringing the campus to 16 rooms total. Open to residents and longer-stay guests.

Wood-fired sauna, Japanese-style hot pools, and cold plunge integrated into stepped natural ponds.

Paths through the hillside for walking, resting, reading, or quiet reflection.
